Q. How do I pay?
A. You can pay either by cash, cheque or debit/credit card.

Q. What does the price include?
A. Our prices include car parking charges, the first hour’s waiting time after your flight has landed and any road toll fees. Any congestion charges are not included in the price.

Q. Is there any extra cost for trips during unsocial hours?
A. No, all our costs are the same regardless of the time of travel.

Q. Do you charge waiting time if we get delayed in customs/baggage hall & if so how much?
A. Yes, we do charge waiting time at the rate of £5.00 per quarter hour but only after one hour from the point of flight arrival.

Q. Where will my driver be waiting for me in the airport terminal?
A. Your driver will be waiting for you near to the airport information desk in the arrivals hall with an airport board with your name on.

Q. What do I do if I cannot locate my driver?
A. Please call the office immediately, do not leave the arrivals hall and we will try and locate your driver.

Q. Is my incoming flight monitored by the driver?
A. Yes, before the driver leaves he will monitor your flight for any delays or early arrivals, however if you are aware of any significant delay then please call the office immediately.

Q. What happens if my incoming flight is cancelled or I miss a connecting flight?
A. Please contact the office immediately to inform us of your new scheduled arrival date/time/flight details. Cancellation charges may apply in line with our cancellation policy.

Q. Am I charged the full rate if I cancel my booking two days before I am planning to travel?
A. No, the only charge you will incur is the credit/debit card handling fee as per our cancellation policy.

Q. What happens if we get delayed in heavy traffic on route to our destination.
A. All our drivers have satielitte navigation technology on board and they will endeavour to find an alternative route. However, they cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur beyond their control.

Q. Do you supply baby seats/child booster seats?
A. We can do if required, however if you would prefer to use your own then we can store them for you for your return journey

Q. Do you supply refreshments for the journey?
A. Yes, we supply a small bottle of water per passenger and a daily newspaper of your choice (where possible).
